1) Acceptance of Terms
By registering and using this system (“Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2) Account Registration & Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed under your account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
3) Permitted Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to pet grooming / pet care operations. You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system operation.
4) Customer Data & Privacy
You may store customer and pet information (e.g., name, phone, address, appointment details). You represent that you have the right to collect and use such data and will handle it responsibly. You should obtain customer consent where required.
5) WhatsApp / Messaging Feature
If you use WhatsApp messaging, you are responsible for ensuring your message content is accurate, lawful, and compliant with applicable rules and customer consent requirements.
6) Tracking Links
Tracking links are provided for convenience. You agree not to share tracking links publicly. You are responsible for controlling access to the link and communicating it only to the correct customer/driver.
7) Availability & Maintenance
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to improve the Service.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service (including business interruption, lost profits, or data loss). You should keep your own backups where needed.
9) Intellectual Property
The Service and its software remain the property of the Service provider. You receive a limited right to use it according to these Terms.
10) Suspension / Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, unlawful activity, or breach of these Terms.
11) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will apply from the time it is posted. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
12) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Malaysia.
